Hello, I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years and I have been happy with your service until now, I am 85 years old as of two days ago, I use your internet service to full fill my day but now I am experiencing some difficulty with your billing department. A couple of years ago I accepted your promotion of $55.00 for life program. in July, this year I was told by my neighbor she gets your service for $45.00 for life, so being on a strict budget I called you all to see if I could get the same deal, I talked to a customer service rep by the name of Delitia who said ok on July 8, 2020. She asked me if i wanted to upgrade my speed but I said no thanks as I could read only so fast anyway. she said there would be a letter sent out to cover our conversation, I do have the letter and it says that the price of $45.00 would not change but there were some recurring charges to my July bill. To my dismay this month I Received a bill for $80.00 what gives? is there no one there who honors your agents or your promotions. I hope you can help me continue to receive your service. Also I received notice that the free Norton Security system has been cancelled. Help
