Hello Mr. Post,
I hope that you can help me with my 80 year old mother's phone service. Her home phone provided by Century Link is out 1/3 of the time. It gets repaired only to go out again, the equipment needs to be updated. We cannot get help and this has been occurring over the past 2 years. This is a safety issue as she does not have internet or email. She does have a cell phone but does not feel comfortable using it much.

Please respond if you can help. I have also submitted a complaint to the BBB as we cannot get assistance from Customer Service.
