I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I need your help. My name is Shannon Kirkwood and I was a CenturyLink customer for 3 years, unwittingly 4. I moved apartments in May of 2017. I canceled my services at that time. Since then, I have been automatically charged monthly. I have not lived at the service address or used the services. I am owed over $1k. I spoke to the Loyalty department and I've been told that they can only backdate the last month on their system. I do not know why I have been charged for my cancelled, unused service. The account number is 480-945-1835 459 and I need your assistance in having the charges refunded from June 1, 2017 to present. Thank you for your time!
