Hello,
After being a loyal customer of CL for 40+ years, I have reached the breaking point.
Every year or so, my phone lines go dead/static and a tech comes out to repair it.
He works from the outside box or the community box several blocks away.
However, last week another tech decided he would run a wire 100 feet around the outside of the house.
This is totally unacceptable because of it's exposure--anyone can cut the wire!
I called CL again and they sent a new tech to staple the wire to the house!
I did not let him do the work so he said he would call a supervisor in the Portland, Oregon area where we live.
It is now two days later and no supervisor has called me.
This is not the way to repair my phone and I am going to find another company for my service.
We have nothing but trouble with CL.
I am a senior citizen who needs a phone line for my medical alert system.
Can you please find a supervisor to contact me as soon as possible?
