Hi Glen
I would like to let you know of my experience with CenturyLink. I'm sorry to tell you it has not been good! To start our service has been of and on for the whole time we have had it. I have made many calls to no avail. Decide to upgrade my service to only have things get worse. Spent 30 min on phone and at the end the call started to brake up and was told he would call me right back no call. I called back the next day to get help then asked to find out about the call I place the night before got transferred all over and then then after 50 min hung up on. At this point not sure why I'm paying for Wi-Fi I only have some of the time as well as Netflix, extra for on demand on Dish our security system and I have to pay for a larger data package on my cell phone because my internet is not reliable. At this point I just don't believe your company care or can provide me with adequate service nor do I feel like spending any more of my time on the phone being transferred around and getting nowhere.
