I am pleading for an improvement to our "high speed" internet service. We have found it impossible to have kids doing school work on line, and us working from home with such a SLOW internet service. We have reached out to local CenturyLink with no help. It is really time for CENTURYLINK to get into this century with their service. CenturyLink chat page is having technical difficulties.
