I am trying to get a landline and wifi installed for my 91 year old mother, Lois Johnson in Littleton, Colorado. This is new service in a 13 story retirement community. We had an appointment for June 30. No one showed up or contacted us. I rescheduled thru Customer Service for 7/6 (earliest appt.). No one showed up. Rescheduled for 7/12...no show. Then 7/15, same thing. 7/20 and 7/24!!! No one can get a technician there. No one can tell me WHY no one shows up! This is a safety issue. Mom needs a landline and wifi for communication!!!
