I could not be more dissatisfied with the customer service at Century Link. I am trying to provide 25 to 50 new customers from an existing fiber optic line that you have. Unfortunately after being transferred to 7 different people between tech support and customer service not one person could answer the question (or tried to help) determine what it would take for this new neighborhood connection.
Utterly pathetic customer service.
