I have had internet issues (sluggish and connection) for months now. Every single time I call (which is now around once a week) I call about this issue and I get a CSR or tech tell me, after they put me on hold, that the problem has been resolved. It hasn\'t. I have been given every excuse (last night Michael told me that my modem was over-compensating because my password was too easy so he then changed it to my published phone number) in the book that they select an excuse from. I had a tech come out here last week. The problem is the same. I am not sure where the true problem sits, but you should know that working in customer service for 20 years, I know that I can\'t scream at them. They are not to blame for bad service. What I don\'t like is being given outrageous excuses and then to have MIkey tell me that I wouldn\'t understand because it is technical. Well, I don\'t have to tell ya how badly this pissed me off. I am cancelling my service to go back to Mediacom which is not good but it is better than Century link. Just felt you should be aware of how the customers feel about your employees that are the main connection to your customers. They do not represent this company well at all. I am cancelling along with many others due to this problem.
