I have received the worst customer service from your company. I have been with your compalny for 12 years. I used to pay $29.95 for my internet. Which is ridiculously slow, by the way. I had .28 last night download speed. Then, I made a fatal error and decided to add phone service and suddenly my discount for bundling is now $8. I actually get less of a discount by bundling. And when I call I get promises of what my bill will be and then it is once again different. I am even charged for things I didn\'t ask for like a non published line. It took me a couple of months to get rid of that. Now, when I call I am put on hold forever and lost in the system. I\'ve never been treated like this. All I want is to know what my bill will be every month and to not feel ripped off.
