@centurylink – Glen Post – I recently spent 3 hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another

I recently spent 3 hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another then back to another. I got nowhere. When I ask for a supervisor none is available. I did speak to Jimmy, who transferred mee to tech support only to be transferred back, and dropped from your phone system! Ria took my call, said she would call me yesterday, and never did. I even reminded her it was holiday. Today, I came home to no internet svc. Whe I tried calling I was scheduled for service on 12/1 between 830 and 430. Given my recent experience with the incredibly lousy customer service, I Asked for a specific time. 430. I cannot afford to lose work waiting for a tech. Those are the old days. It seems the phone line I was sold on was finally installed today but it knocked out my internet. I made a payment arrangement and my service was restored. But now it’s down. I am very frustrated at the leveling poor service I’ve gotten including dropped internet service. I am not considering continuing as a customer simply due to customer service failures but I can’t wait 4 days for a tech on an issue that seems robbed at your end. I am forced to use my data plan. Please have someone look into my issue.
