I want you to be aware of the deficient customer service I received for your product. I started this process on March 20th and it was just completed today, April 21st. If you review my numerous contacts, you will find that services that were promised were not delivered timely or at all until I called again and again. Your representatives apologized by the service was not provided. I must say that the local technicians, when they finally got the correct information, were superb.
I felt that I was given incorrect and/or misleading information at various times. Your internal processes need to be updated or reformed to ensure that customers get all the correct information from beginning to end.
