I've reached out to Centurylink (starting back in late April 2020) to cancel my service. I've repeatedly reached out to no avail. Covid, my fathers death, and mothers failing health required me to move in to care for my mother. She already has Centurylink, so mine was not needed. I keep receiving notices that I owe, and the last one was for over $500!!! Who do I need to talk to in order to get this cancelled and corrected? I will not pay for services I didn't need and requested to be cancelled months ago. I look forward to resolution as I do not want to have to contact the local news authority for assistance. Thank you for your time.
