This issue started with a Fiber Cut in Rocky Mount, NC. on Wednesday 11/04/2020
That was repaired and our phone service was restored. We have continued to have major internet issues since that time. I have been on the phone every business day with some one from repair, accounts etc. Even after hours which I did not get paid for.
The issue has not been resolved. The representative who worked with us to get the fiber network is unreachable and does not return phone calls. The Repair associates, with the exception of one have been nothing but helpful as far as they can. Even listening to my building frustration. We are pretty much dead in the water with most of our business until such time as it is resolved. I understand that today 11/11/2020 the majority of CenturyLink employees are not working.
However, if this is not resolved tomorrow, the owner of the company is likely to switch to another carrier. For 8 days, 6 of which have been business days we have not been able to complete our jobs.
What would happen to Centurylink if it was in this situation?
