Mr Storey, I apologize that I need to contact you regarding this matter but I believe you need to be aware that a process in your repair depart is broken. For over a period of 3 years, maybe more, I've had to call in for a repair because the line that was placed in the alley keeps getting cut. Your repair folks come out repair it but the line never gets buried. I've spoken to Matt, supervisor in the Phoenix area, and told him about was has been happening. He informed me that all they do is repair the line and then create a ticket to have a 3rd party bid on the burial of the line. For over 3 years, the line remains in the alley and continues to be cut or destroyed. We have ADT for our Security Services and each time it gets cut, we are called by ADT and the process begins again. I'm asking you to please get involved with having this issue put to bed so I'm not having to continue to make calls for repairs. Besides, the image it portrays is that the company does very poor work. Thank you .
