Mr. Storey - thank you for your time. We are continually battling a broke Century Link pedestal that services out area in Earlysville, VA. We call CL and get no help. Someone keeps hitting this unit with their industrial mower and our area loses our internet and phones. We have to work from home due to COVID and our jobs are critical. My husband is a systems engineer for the University of Virginia and I am the exec to the Dean at the Darden School. We cannot perform our jobs due to this broken equipment. We don't know how to resolve this. We called last week and again today. Please help us with this. Thank you.
