I recently lost service and called your techs for help. After doing everything they said I should do, they told they sent a signal to my box and it was showing there was a connection. I was then told a repairman would have to come to my home and I would have to pay some ridiculous amount of money. Well, I did some checking and found a contractor cut the line about a mile from my home, which is why I, along with several neighbors had no connection. I called a second time and did not let on about what I learned - I was told the same thing. So explain to me how they could get a signal to my box if the line was cut. BTW, once the line was repaired (3 days later), I had service again. Love being lied to by your staff. Please explain before I just go to another company for service.
