Please know that your customers inHamburg NJ are unable to even stream a movie due to the extremely poor stream rates. I donât mean during this crisis. I mean every week of the year. We pay for 10 mb but never get more than 0.5-0.9. Never. Weâve had your techs out to our house and have been told that weâll never get more than that. And yet we have paid for 10mg for 3 years. What Will Century Link do to reimburse customers for this breach of contract?
