Karen Newcomb sent a message to Glen Post that said:
My phone and internet services were disconnected this past Friday to bury the lines that had been on top of the ground for the past 5 years. It took the workmen several hours to complete the repair and reconnect some of the lines. Unfortunately, my line was not reconnected. A repair was promised for today but the ticket was cancelled. I still have no phone or internet. A new ticket was issued today but the repair date is for the 10th of Nov.
Needless to say, I find this very unacceptable . We have been at this address for 50 years and have never had the problems we have had in the past several years.
