On January 3, 2020 My father passed away and on January 17, 2020 I called to cancel his phone and cable service. The gentleman that I spoke with was helpful and said he would get it taken care of. Since I have had to call several times until the phone service finally got canceled in I believe July. There have been bills sent for service that we did not use and should have been canceled since January. On one day alone in September I was called 6 or 7 times about this even after I sent a copy of the death certificate. Today I received a bill saying my father whom is dead was going to be sent to collections. This has been turned into harassment and needs to get taken care of. I don't know where the disconnect in your organization is but could somethong be done about this.
