Six months ago I talked to a girl in your office and she told me that you had a plan called 65 for life and that I would be elligible for that when my existing plan expired which will be May 14, 2020,, but I needed to call and set that up in the middle of April. So for the last two days I have been trying to set this up only to be told that "any changes to my bill would result in my losing DSL service". because I live in the rural area and that you are getting rid of service in rural areas. So I am no longer able to get that. I find this hard to believe. Is this true?
