My home phone service was suspended, I called and requested a payment plan. They said there was none available. I am 84 yrs old disabled war veteran, and my wife is 79yrs old also disabled. We need our phone to contact pharmacies for our medications and also to consult tel a health with our doctors and various other health related personnel. I owe about $600.00
I offered to pay $100.00 and enter into a payout arrangement but they refused.
