To the board of Centurylink,
Your company in coordination with your business partner DirectTv have some serious issues with your billing department. I have made several attempts to rectify the situation, including a joint phone call with both companies, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, I have emailed and talked to multiple people regarding the billing problems and almost 6 months have gone by with no resolution. If your company can not fix the billing issue that is going on I will be forced to speak to my attorney to see what legal actions I need to take moving forward.
DirecTv issued a credit to our account with centurylink that is not being applied. The amount of money continues to grow because your company and directtv can not seem to work together to resolve this problem.

Please note I will he contacting DirectTv as well and will be sharing with other organizations that handle these issues such as the press and media platforms.
