To Whom It May Concern:
For the last 2 days I have trouble with my internet service. Yesterday morning I was told I have to wait till next morning 9:30 for a technician. Than some genius cancelled my tech appointment. Last night I called again, and they ordered again a technician, gain I was told to wait at my home for the technician, I even talked to a supervisor, even supervisor was not capable of letting me know when the tech service would come out. I called again this morning and asked, I was only told that they should call and give me a window. For 2 hours I received a service how was you tech appointment. Sorry but it is 1:15 PM Friday afternoon nobody called, nobody showed up, please advise if corporate can give me an answer when the Tech will show, or do I need to call the local media and asked them to knock on Naples office and ask them with SW Florida watching what they have to say???? I am single women and I am providing for myself. Unfortunately I needed to wait fort the past 1,5 days for Centurylink technician that never shows. Is Centurylink meanwhile paying my mortgage and monthly fee for Centurylink, or how does Centurylinks things how I will pay them if I can’t work????????????????????PS I need the internet service as well to work!!!!
