Today I signed up with Century Link for Internet and landline telephone. The Internet is OK but the landline connection did not happen. I explained to your people that I need a landline because my hearing is impaired by being 91 and a disabled US Army Korean war veteran. I have problems using a cell phone. I just moved from a Comcast environment to a Century Link environment in Naples, Florida. I chatted with your service people but they can't find any information about me in their system. I exist and that is how your people established an Internet connection for me. With appreciation. Heinz Wartski
