I paid almost $2000.00, and last year the ice maker went out, this year, the fridge was not cooling, and not ice again, the deli tray got stuck probably because of the ice problem. The technician told me the ice maker, and surrounding area is a bad design, and Samsung knows about it, it was cheaply made. Why didn't you fix the problem before I bought 3 to 4 years ago, I lost a lot of food, time, money, and frustration.
