Here is what I call an Attendant called Matheus who said he was responding by the President of the company and said that he was neither Engineer nor Lawyer without knowing the Brazilian law said that because the warranty period was expired SAMSUNG would not do anything at all knowing that this is a vice of quality of the manufacture of this model and TV series that present defects from 2014 to 2019 and often occur within the warranty period.
