Dear Hyun-Suk KIM
I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Currently I'm using Samsung white (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Microwave, Air Conditioner, etc) and 11 Samsung Monitors, Samsung Cell Phones etc. I was generally happy with the products I used so far. But no more. Because on April 19, 2020, my washer-dryer malfunctioned. The Samsung service came on April 26, 2020 after repeatedly calling. After two weeks in service, I was told that the problem had been solved and the product was brought  back. But the problem grew bigger and unresolved. My washer-dryer has been serviced six times since then. However, as there was no solution, this cost me 2000 Turkish liras. Your customer service is making fun of me that keeps saying we're tend to it. Your mechanical service doesn't take calls anyway. I've never seen such a mess in my life. I wasn't humiliated like that. I wasn't fooled like that. Until now, I was the one who paid Samsung, It's the first time I've asked Samsung for something. I just wanted my broken machine fixed. I made the payment. But to this day, I've been made a fool of. I've been conned. I also found out that three of my friends had similar incidents. I'm sending you the service documents. That's what Samsung's treatment of its customers means. I had thought Samsung was an honorable brand since 2000. But the other day I went and bought an LG washer-dryer. I've never been so humiliated in my life. I've never been left in such a difficult situation. Is this Samsung's customer policy? Or has Samsung Turkey been instructed to treat its customers in this way? My problem was just the drying part of the machine was broken. Now you're losing dozens of customers and trust. I wanted to share the situation with you. Because I have no choice.
I have no idea if you're interested in this, but I wanted to write it anyway. To report that you've lost 20 years of trust and commitment. As an academic, this will be a topic I will discuss in my lectures. Have nice work.
