I have been a Samsung user since Samsung came out with original Note. My last two experiences with Samsung have been really disheartening.
Currently, my Note 9 screen has gone completely Green after some usage and need to stop using the phone for a few hours before the screen is restored. Your Support team says its a software issue and did not help. You contact centre says the display might have a manufacturing defect but wont replace it since the phone is now out of warranty.
Similarly, my earlier phone S7 Edge was returned by the contact centre even after confirming it was a manufacturing defect.
Its disheartening that after reposing faith in Samsung over so many years, the quality if a India Rs. 70,000 handset is such that it cannot even last for 1.5 years!
I understand that a small and insignificant customer like me does not matter to a brand like Samsung, but with this experience; I am already thinking of switching to other brands since it hurts to lose this money and faith in a brand which has been close to my heart.
