I bought a Samsung 9KG load washing machine in February this year from Currys in London, UK.
There was a cash back offer on at the time of Â£125 which I applied for in early March 2019. My claim was accepted with reference 66632 and was lucky enough to have it doubled to Â£250 as advertised.
Since then, I have been fobbed off by the customer services in Samsung UK that the claim has been held up as Samsung Korea want to confirm the serial number.
This has been going on for nearly 4 months now and I am wondering why my cashback claim has not been verified and paid out. I have a Samsung TV, Tablet, Refrigerator and Mobile phones in my home and this is the latest addition.
I am very disappointed with the handling of this claim.
Can you please look into it and advise.
