Recently bought refrigerator from Samsung shop and am having horrific experience with your customer service departments. Firstly, it was delivered 4 days late that too damaged product. Now Samsung does not have replacement because product is not available (product still available for sale on Samsung shop but not available for customer as replacement of damaged shipment)
Not sure if you'll be willing to help as "write to CEO" option on Samsung website looks to be just an eye washer as not resolution from there as well.
