I am looking for Samsung direct support because local does not understand my request. Please take my Smart TV to Samsung quality guarantee team and analyze if the two problems are project or manufacturing failure. My Smart TV is 6203 series, one of problem is exact the same of others TV that Samsung admitted the failure: TV turn off alone. The other problem is that the image is very dark. Samsung technical assistance proposed to change LED module with the price of two news Smart TV.
