I fully charged it before I even turned it on. Once it was completely charged I followed the directions to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. Once it started transferring the data my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge started getting super hot! It burned my handset! It said right on the screen that it was over heating and burn LCD front side! It didn''t get gradually warm...it just became extremely hot! have left it alone since. I am going to service center for complaint .my bill no. is 4258917459. It is not worth the money of almost Rs.58900 to even want to exchange or refund. It over heated this time, but what happens if another one does the same thing, or something worse. I can''t take that chance! I will stick with my old phone for as long as I can. Did anyone else have this problem with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge? I have always gone with Samsung, and have never had a problem. Unfortunately this time i feel very bad response from Samsung😬. i hope you listen my complaint and give me proper response/solution.
