@ceoLeeKunHee – Lee KunHee – Dear Sir, I had bought Samsung UHD LED TV in Aug 2017 for Rs 73000and

Sourabh Chatterjee sent a message to Lee KunHee that said:

Dear Sir, I had bought Samsung UHD LED TV in Aug 2017 for Rs 73000and in July 2018 the panel showed green lines. I was given a free panel replacement as TV was in 1 year warranty. I was advised to buy the 3 year extended warranty as well, so I took it. Now within 3 months of Panel replacement again the Panel is showing green lines and also a small internal led rupture. The customer support person hurriedly identified the internal rupture as a physical damage and Samsung India is demanding Rs26000 for the repair. Kindly provide me a fresh new piece LED TV stable model as I have already spent more than Rs80000 as a premium price and am facing harassment and repeated breakdown of Samsung TV. Thanks Sourabh allnet@rediffmail.com sourabhchat@gmail.com
Would request a high level person to review the entire India operations as warranty clauses have been modified from international policies. Such fault models are being sold and there are multiple customer complaints as per many support personnel and on internet. Such faulty LED TVS should have been recalled. It is quite possible such faulty LED pieces are being bought for cheap and sold at premium prices and further heft amounts are being demanded tarnishing the image of such a reputed company.
