I write to officially complain about my Samsung phone which less than a year old warranty .
I have always been a big fan of Samsung brand and have been very loyal to the brand however this time let down by the phone and also service received . My Samsung phone was not charging , after going through alot of trouble and waiting, i finally managed to send it for repairs only to receive the phone back not still charging properly and finally refused to charge again. Since the phone is less than a year old and under 2 years warranty , I write to request a replacement .
