Dear Sir,

I, a service head with an automobile company, have purchased a Samsung J2 2018 on 13 July 2018 as i am a loyal customer of Samsung Mobile since a decade.

Recently after i finished a call my mobile's screen got off and it became blank (black) so i took it to service centre at Bareilly civil lines area UP India. I submitted my mobile there and after an hour's examination they said your mobile is out of warranty and the repair will be done on cash basis. When i asked my mobile is new and i have not even used for a month so why you are not doing repair under warranty they said it is broken from inside.

In this regard i would like to say that the mobile was being used by myself only and it was neither damaged by anyone not it was dropped on floor as claimed by your service center and if it is broken from inside it may be mishandling by service centre while opening my mobile and inside damage is not my fault because there was not any kind of external impact on mobile.

I am attaching its images showing not any kind of physical damage.

I have also lodged a complaint online on 1800 40 SAMSUNG of which the complaint number is 1148027008 but got no response also my job number with the service centre is 4266181257 and my registered mobile number is 9412501823.

Now i request you to please ask your service center at BAREILLY to do repair under warranty as it is my legal right.
