Dear Sir,
I have been a committed Samsung customer for many years. Believing Samsung offered innovative, reliable and groundbreaking products. However, having recently taken up a Samsung offer to pre-order a QLED 8K tv, with a reward of a 43" Frame tv, I discovered, upon receipt of the reward, that it had a fault (sound but no picture) I have now spent five weeks in touch with various departments within the organisation, I have been promised return calls, which never occured and to date, no one has offered me a solution to this issue.
To be honest, I expected more of my supplier of choice.
If you feel that this response is unacceptable, I have my reference number 2127159352 which should detail my experience to date.
I hope you will agree, that Samsung customer service has fallen short on this occasion and that you can assist me in restoring my faith in Samsung.
