I purchase a Samsung Mobile, SM-A505
Display problem I registered a complaint and Device submit to your service center (Vide Complaint No: 4287864664) Display Replaced & ok

I again facing same problem after 3 month and registered another complaint and submit my device on 28/11/2019 and the new complaint no is 4295472351. Again part Replaced and Device ok

Again same problem in my device and complaint registered & submit device on 2/03/2020 and the new complaint no is 4300377215

Sir, My Mobile is WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD and i simply do not understand the kind of disregard your service department has displayed towards a customer complaint which is within warranty period.

I also work in the service division of an Electronic company and I know that this is a manufacturing fault in the Mobile. Hence i request you to kindly
REFUND MY ENTIRE AMOUNT ONLY

Please do it ASAP otherwise i will be forced to take the Legal
