I would like to email you regarding the worst customer service experience that I have ever had when contacting the Office of the president UK.
I am a long standing and loyal customer of Samsung and recently purchased 3 more TV's.
I did due diligence and checked in every way o[possible to ensure that they would meet my requirements.
However, they don't even though the publicly available information suggests otherwise.
Uk support is extremely poor and just keep trying to dismiss the issues.
Not the service I would expect from Samsung.
I would be very grateful if I could forward you the detail and would value your opinion.
