I am a long standing and loyal customer of Samsung and recently purchased 3 more TV's.
I did due diligence and checked in every way o[possible to ensure that they would meet my requirements.
However, they don't even though the publicly available information suggests otherwise.
Uk support is extremely poor and just keep trying to dismiss the issues.
Not the service I would expect from Samsung.
