Someone is deleting features from my email and messages apps. They are purposely doing this to limit my communications with my friends and family. They are also blocking communications from my contacts in my name ID app. I did not authorize this and I don't need the name ID app. You guys should use a vpn. At this time someone is also accessing my screens and scrolling while I look at certain apps and internet sites. I am the only user of my phone. No family members or friends have access to my phone and no hackers should have remote access either. I do not want remote controls for the amount of money i paid for this faulty samsung galaxy s8 + phone!!! T-Mobile sold me this phone with backdoors and security flaws.
