I have purchased a Samsung T.V. it as a Lip Sync Issue.
I have sent 4 emails to Samsung Spain. I have only had 1 reply also a phone call stating they would send an engineer out to repair our T.V. We are still waiting it has been over 2 weeks now. We have had to go and purchase another T.V. It is very disappointing and frustrating that your company does not care about its customers.
I understand you are a busy man but could you please help me with this Issue.
