Hello and I hope you are doing well. I am sorry that I even need to contact you but I am having a hard time getting my TV repaired. Its partially bad luck on my part. I followed the procedures and had a ticket made up for repairs. The window for the tech to come over was 12:00am to6:00pm. I went to pick up prescriptions and was home at 12:00. He had came and left and said I wasn't here. Well he had just been early. They apologized and that was fine with me . So another tech came ,could fix and had to order parts. When he was scheduled to come my Mother passed away at the hospital and I text his phone explaining this and called the company also. My Mother died of pneumonia and also tested for Carronnavirus and still results arent back. I now don't let anyone in my home and Samsung shut down my ticket for repair. All I want is my TV working again. My warranty ends on the 28 th which is two days. Maybe they could pick it up outside ,fix it and return it to me. I just can't have any one entering my home until the Virus is under control. I hope you read this and can come up with a answer. This Virus is an exception to the rules and self isolation is a must . Please Help.
