Hello Sir, It is shameful that Samsung being a reputed brand is resorting to fraud and torture for its customers. This is the second time I am writing about this issue. I bought a Samsung UHD LED TV in July 2017, the TV had a green lines issue in June 2018. Samsung India refused a new TV replacement and instead gave me a refurbished TV Panel. Within 3 months the TV again had the green lines issue alongwith a internal LED/LCD rupture mark. The Samsung India customer service is very conveniently looking only at the internal rupture mark and classifying it as physical damage and refusing to change the panel under warranty. Please provide me with a new TV LED model that is stable by Monday 24th Sep 2018. Thanks Sourabh.
