I am reaching out to you due to the poor consumer service that I have received after purchasing a Front Loader Washer and Dryer on September 8, 2020. I love the product but my issue is the website and lack of help regarding my issue.I have reached out to at least 20 people and have sent 4 via emails. I am sad to say that I continue to get the run around.
There was a glitch on your Samsung.com website, when I purchased my products. I opted for the extended 3 year warranty for both items, but the dryer did not have a price option at all. I was very confused by this. So after my purchase, I actually thought that the extended warranty for the washer (which showed the price $114) also included the washer and dryer. Immediately after my purchase, I chatted with a representative who apologized for the glitch and verified that I only had the extended warranty for the washer only and to just call the warranty department to purchase the extended warranty for the dryer.
Well, it has not been a simple task, i have wasted so much time trying to get this done. To my surprise, today I find out that the first representative that I spoke with should have cancelled my order and had me repurchase. Why did'nt she tell me this, my situation could have been resolved over a month ago. But today a different representative told me it was too late!!!
Sir, a lot of your representatives that talk to consumers really don't know what the options and policy are, which is why I am reaching out to you. Can you help me purchase the 3yr warranty for my dryer?
Also, the extended warranty that I did purchase for the washer is for 3yrs, My manufacturer warranty should end on 9/14/2021. I have just received the extended warranty contract in the mail but it shows that the 3yr warranty expires in the year 2023? How is that possible when from 2021 to 2023 is only 2yrs , I have paid for 3yrs it should be 2024. Please help me, I will be eternally grateful to have all of my issues resolved and to have my faith restored in the Samsung brand.
