I had tied in as many ways I can to get a service for my samsung refrigerator, which got damaged after the flood in Kerala, India. Please help me in that. I raised many complaints though our refrigerator is still untouched by any of samsung technician. I request your time in this. I don't trust any one in the customer care dept, who are literally not helpful.
