I am writing in to you regarding the backlight bleed issue with my 3 years old SUHD Curved TV.

I have contacted Samsung Singapore through email and the solution they proposed was unsatisfactory to me. (I can provide the email correspondent if needed)

I need to inform you that the warranty period for my TV has ended.

I wish to highlight to you that the issue I faced is not unique to me. Many others who own this series of SUHD TV have the exact same issues.

This light bleeding issue started when the TV cross the 3 years mark and the severity of the issue depend on how frequent the TV is being used. Part of the panel, mostly along the side, likely, the diffuser has melted due to heat generated and the results of poor ventilation and design. This likely cause the light bleeding issue that many of your customers have feedback in the Samsung forum.

This is my first Samsung TV and I have this terrible experience with your product and customer service.

I hope you take some time to put this issue up to your team and address the feedback and concern your valued customer have raised.
