I've ordered a refrigerator online from your website. Which has been delivered at my location by 13th July'21.
Actually the said product is damaged during transportation & was not delivered.
I've raised the complaint issue for that to your customer care & requested for replacement of the same.
Now your department says that replacement not possible as per company norms & rejected my request for replacement with new one.
Sir, it is harassment since I followed up from 10th July & your department took my request as replacement of product & & now they denied for this.
They asking for refund now. Please understand I don't want any refund since I've no choice for another product.
