I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy A30 on 13 September 2019 at Rupees 15490. I never misused it. On October 23, 2020 while using, it suddenly switched off. The service center told that the main board is damaged and the replacement charge is Rupees 7000/-. I opened it at a local workshop and the set got more damaged. Now the repairing charges increased to Rupees 10000. My plea is that substandard parts were used so that it got damaged after only 13 months of use. I contacted the Samsung India authorities many times. They initially assured me to help but later denied. I request to kindly repair/replace the set with a new one as I am not rich enough to buy a new mobile phone.
