I had purchased Samsung refrigerator in May 2016. Model No.RT39K55185S8 in Mumbai, India . We are facing problems with its functioning. I have written trail of emails and contacted Customer care number of times and have not been provided a solution. we are senior citizens and are put into lot of inconvenience due to its malfunctioning and have not been provided a solution. I request your intervention and help in this regard.
