I have purchased a Samsung Powerbot at Sen Heng SS2 on the 1 July 2018. This cost more than RM3000.00. In April 2019, the robot vacuum continuously charging and unable to charge full as goes for its function. I brought back to Sen Heng SS2 on the 4 May 2019. Now I was told the battery is defective and I have to pay RM700 plus for a new one. Less than a year, exactly 8 months the battery is not functioning and within the warranty period I am being charge!!!!

I did not received any feedback from Samsung over the past 3 weeks until I have to call my self. Even as promised by the customer service to call me back today by 5pm no one call me until I called back to samsung. This is the worst after sales service which I ever received.

I have been blocked from access to any top management by the customer service manager named Shahlee. He said he is the most top then gave me a stupid website to write to the ceo which in the end answered by the customer service again.
